What's Included

Healing Can Also be Fun

At the heart of everything we do is community and connection. We know that coming along to a workshop or retreat can feel a bit intimidating, healing often means opening up, shedding a few tears, and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. But we can promise you this: there will also be plenty of laughter,  the kind that leaves your cheeks sore and, if we’re honest, might even make you laugh so hard a wee bit of pee comes out.

When you join us, you’re not just buying a ticket to an event, you’re stepping into a community of kindred spirits. People who, just like you, are on their own path of growth and healing. You’ll find connection, understanding, and a sense of belonging that lasts long after the event ends.

Here's some things that are included in the day...

Food & Drinks

Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks during breakout sessions, plus a delicious two-course buffet lunch, all included with your ticket. Specific dietary requirements will be catered for.

Embodied Breathing

Breath is the bridge between the physical body and the conscious self, the soul, the spirit. In these sessions, we’ll journey deep into the power of breath and experience its profound ability to transform and connect.

Somatic Movement

Movement is the language of the body, a dialogue between sensation, emotion, and awareness. Through somatic practice, we reconnect with the body’s wisdom, releasing what’s held and awakening deeper presence.

How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body

Our guest speaker, Dr. David Hamilton will discuss the mind-body connection and simple ways that you can harness it for health and wellness. Understand the placebo effect and how belief impacts biology, the physiological impact of mediation, the neuroscience of visualisation, and how to created targeted visualisation strategies.
