This awareness helps you start to understand your responses, rather than feel controlled by them.
Week 3 â Supporting Your Nervous System
Begin introducing simple, practical ways to support yourself throughout the day. Youâll explore things like movement, rest, connection, and small moments of calm, helping your system feel more supported and less under constant pressure. This is where you start to feel more steady and resourced.
Week 4 â Integration
Bring everything together in a way that works for your life. Youâll begin to create small, supportive rhythms that feel realistic and sustainable, so this doesnât feel like something you âdoâ, but something that becomes part of your everyday life.
