Elliott Wellbeing offers support through personalised 1:1 therapeutic work, immersive experiences and wellbeing services delivered in education, community and organisational settings. All work is grounded in trauma-informed awareness and nervous-system informed practice.
1:1 Therapeutic Sessions
Our 1:1 sessions offer personalised support shaped around the individual, rather than a fixed method. Sessions draw from breathwork, life coaching, hypnotherapy, yoga therapy principles and somatic practices. These sessions are suited to adults experiencing stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, anxiety, or feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. The focus is on helping clients feel safer in their body, process held experiences and create meaningful, sustainable change.
