Reassurance & Hope

There is nothing wrong with you. Your nervous system has learned to protect you. Healing happens when the body feels safe enough to let go, and this process does not need to be heavy or clinical to be powerful.

How Elliott Wellbeing Supports You

Elliott Wellbeing offers nervous-system informed support through movement, breathwork and somatic practices. Support is available through personalised 1:1 therapeutic sessions or immersive group experiences, helping people feel safer in their body, release held stress and reconnect with themselves.

About Kelly & Stephen

Elliott Wellbeing was created by Kelly and Stephen Elliott.

Kelly is a primary school teacher with a background in additional support needs, a qualified yoga teacher and children’s and family yoga teacher, and is currently training in yoga therapy. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed awareness, nervous system education and years of supporting children, families and adults.

Stephen is a life coach trained in NLP and hypnotherapy, a breathwork facilitator and DJ who uses music as a tool for emotional release and connection. His work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves and experience emotional freedom.

What Makes This Work Different

This is a body-led, trauma-informed approach that is deep but never heavy. The work is grounded, safe and human, allowing healing and joy to exist together.
