Meet Kelly
Kelly is more than just a Yoga instructor; she’s a ray of light, bringing a playful spirit and warm energy to everything she does at Elliott Wellbeing. With training in both Rainbow and Hatha Yoga & Yoga Therapy Kelly’s unique approach blends grounding techniques with the joy and creativity of childlike exploration, helping you reconnect with your inner child in the most uplifting way.
As a trained teacher and trauma-informed practitioner, Kelly provides a safe, compassionate space for everyone, especially those beginning or deepening their healing journey. Her sessions are all about embracing adventure and discovering new dimensions of wellness, whether you’re stretching your body, opening your heart, or simply having a laugh.

Meet Stephen
Stephen’s journey into breathwork, coaching, and personal transformation comes from a deep desire to help others break free from the struggles that once held him back. With a strong passion for guiding people through their own healing and growth, he works with individuals to release emotional and physical blockages, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their true potential.
With qualifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching, Time Line Therapy, and Breathwork Therapy, Stephen tailors his approach to suit the unique needs of each person he works with. His compassionate and intuitive nature allows him to create a safe and supportive space where real transformation can happen.
