Honest answers
Things people ask before they book.
How is group coaching different from 1:1?
Group work is a different kind of medicine, not a cheaper version of 1:1. What shifts in a group can't shift on your own, because a lot of what mums carry is loosened just by hearing another mum say it out loud. You still get real teaching and practice with Kelly. You just get it alongside women going through the same thing.
What if I'm shy or don't want to share?
You never have to share anything you don't want to. Some women speak a lot in group work, others barely say a word for the first few weeks and still get everything out of it. Kelly holds the group so nobody is put on the spot.
How big is the group?
Small. Chaos to Calm is a genuinely small-group programme, kept intentionally intimate so everyone gets Kelly's attention and the room stays safe.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Every live session is recorded, so if a call clashes with the school run or a sick kid, you can catch up on your own time without losing your place in the programme.
Can we book you privately for our office, event or group?
Yes. Kelly and Stephen deliver keynotes, breathwork workshops and yoga sessions for workplaces, community groups, events and retreats across Scotland, the UK, and remote. Every booking is tailored to your group. Send us a message with the shape of what you're planning.
How much do private group bookings cost?
It depends on the format, group size, location, and whether it's Kelly, Stephen, or both of us. Send us a message with what you're planning and we'll get you a proposal within a couple of working days.
Do you offer payment plans for Chaos to Calm?
Yes. If cash flow is a stretch, get in touch before you sign up and we'll work something out. We'd rather you were in the programme than out of it.
